📋 Description

• • As an AI Implementation Specialist at Raspberry AI, you will play a critical role in helping fashion brands and retailers successfully adopt and utilize the company’s AI-powered design platform, directly enabling faster, more innovative design workflows through training and support.
• • Day to day, you will lead customer onboarding and training sessions, host office hours, respond to support inquiries via email or Loom, troubleshoot user issues, create educational resources like help docs and tutorial videos, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve the user experience based on real-world feedback.
• • Raspberry AI is a Series A startup backed by top-tier VCs including Andreessen Horowitz and Khosla Ventures, specializing in generative AI tools that transform how fashion brands understand consumer demand and create designs.
