- • This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
- • The AI Implementation Specialist will work directly with company leadership to identify, design, and implement AI-powered automations that improve business operations.
- • The role involves analyzing workflows, eliminating operational bottlenecks, integrating business systems, deploying AI-driven solutions, and continuously optimizing processes that reduce manual work and create measurable business impact.
- • The AI Implementation Specialist will analyze existing business workflows to identify automation opportunities, design and implement AI-powered workflows that eliminate repetitive manual tasks, build scalable automations that improve operational efficiency across departments, and continuously optimize and refine existing workflows as business needs evolve.
- • The role also involves shadowing leadership to understand business operations and identify inefficiencies, documenting current processes and recommending automation strategies, eliminating operational bottlenecks through intelligent system design, and continuously improving productivity while reducing manual work.
- • The AI Implementation Specialist will develop integrations between business platforms and software applications, build workflows that synchronize data across multiple systems, ensure seamless data flow between marketing, sales, operations, and customer management platforms, and maintain and troubleshoot existing automations.
- • The role involves evaluating and implementing AI tools appropriate for business use cases, building AI-assisted workflows using modern language models and automation platforms, developing AI solutions that improve reporting, communication, document generation, and operational processes, and staying current with emerging AI technologies and recommending innovative solutions.
- • The AI Implementation Specialist will test automation workflows prior to deployment, monitor workflow performance and resolve issues quickly, update automations as business systems evolve, and continuously improve workflow performance through iteration and optimization.
- • The role also involves partnering directly with leadership to understand business objectives, translating operational requirements into scalable technical solutions, communicating project progress proactively, and recommending new automation opportunities that create measurable business value.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience building workflow automations or AI implementations.
- • Experience implementing business process automation.
- • Experience creating end-to-end automation workflows.
- • Experience supporting operations, sales, or service-based organizations.
- • Home services industry experience is highly preferred.
