- • The DHD Engineer Level 1 supports simple data hall infrastructure designs and drafting activities under senior engineer guidance, focusing on foundational technical skill development and learning design standards for low-complexity environments.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating AutoCAD drawings for cabinets, rack elevations, structured cabling, and basic infrastructure components; supporting data hall design documentation, asset tracking, and drawing revisions; assisting with capacity planning and basic infrastructure assessments; following established design standards and templates; coordinating with internal engineering teams to gather requirements; participating in quality reviews and incorporating feedback; maintaining accurate project documentation; and learning data center design principles, cabling standards, and operational best practices.
