• • As an AI Media Workflow Designer at Kognity, you will own and build AI-driven systems that transform how educational media—such as images, animations, and interactive content—is produced, ensuring scalable, high-quality output aligned with pedagogical goals.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing end-to-end AI workflows using tools like n8n and APIs, translating creative and instructional intent into structured pipelines, embedding quality gates and evaluation logic, optimizing for performance and scalability, and managing asset workflows and supplier coordination to ensure reliable media production.
• • You will join a fast-moving, high-performing EdTech scale-up of 125 people impacting learning in over 120 countries, where ownership, initiative, and results are valued, and feedback is direct and continuous.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-powered media automation, gain end-to-end ownership of complex production systems, and directly contribute to improving global education through innovative, reliable content creation at scale.
