  • • As an AI Operations Analyst at Wayflyer, you will serve as the critical bridge between AI capabilities and the practical needs of the revenue team, embedding directly with sales, RevOps, and marketing to identify and solve real-world inefficiencies using data and AI-driven solutions.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve shadowing sales calls, mapping workflows, building rapid AI prototypes using tools like Claude, Zapier, n8n, Python, and SQL, then testing, measuring impact, and iterating based on user feedback to improve lead scoring, call prep, deal summarisation, and pipeline hygiene.
  • • Wayflyer is a fast-growing fintech that has deployed over $5bn in funding to SMBs since 2020, backed by Tier 1 banks and trusted by brands like True Classic and Kekoa Foods, with a culture rooted in being sound people, excellent operators, and ambitious overachievers.
