- • As AI Operations Manager at Achievers Corporation, you will own the end-to-end AI revenue strategy, from identifying high-impact use cases to deploying and measuring AI agents that directly generate revenue. This role is critical to scaling the company’s AI-driven growth initiatives and ensuring that artificial intelligence is operationalized with the same discipline as human teams.
- • Day to day, you will architect the internal-facing AI tool stack, partner with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals, deploy AI agents that drive revenue outcomes, and establish operational rigor around performance monitoring, iteration, and governance. You will not administer core systems like Salesforce, Marketo, or NetSuite, but will build and manage the AI layer that sits atop them.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in AI strategy, deployment, or operations, particularly in revenue-generating use cases
- • Ability to architect and manage AI tool stacks without relying on core CRM/ERP administration (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite)
- • Experience partnering with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success leadership to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- • Strong analytical and operational mindset with a focus on measuring AI impact and iterating for performance
- • Builder-first mentality — comfortable creating systems from scratch and scaling them with rigor
- • Experience or strong interest in managing AI agent operators or AI-augmented teams
