- • The Senior Strategic Consultant advises and supports customers through digital transformations using Bullhorn’s Automation, Amplify, and Analytics solutions to drive business improvements in staffing and recruiting operations.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading end-to-end implementation of AI-driven Digital Workers, designing scalable workflow architectures, deploying and optimizing analytics dashboards, advising clients on process and technology changes, and collaborating with technical and product teams to resolve configuration and adoption challenges.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7+ years of total experience with significant direct exposure to the staffing industry or complex SaaS implementation
- • Strong experience with automation, AI, or analytics solutions
- • Strong problem-solving capability across diverse topics with demonstrated outcome orientation
- • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- • Comprehensive understanding of recruiter workflows, client fulfillment cycles, and key business drivers within staffing (preferred)
- • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience; business degree preferred
