- • The AI Operator, Implementation Delivery is the primary accountability owner on Distyl's most complex client programs, responsible for owning outcomes end-to-end and ensuring delivery of production AI into Fortune 500 operations in weeks.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading complex, large-scale AI implementations at Fortune 500 clients, managing parallel workstreams, owning delivery timelines, enforcing operational rigor, building deep client trust, driving stakeholder alignment, operating at maximum velocity, growing and motivating forward-deployed teams, using AI-native tools to reinvent workflows, and authoring best practices for delivering AI programs at scale.

- • In this role, the person will learn to operate at the intersection of AI and enterprise delivery, master end-to-end program ownership under pressure, develop expertise in aligning technical execution with business outcomes, and shape industry-leading playbooks for AI implementation while working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, architects, and C-suite executives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience delivering large-scale programs for enterprise clients, including programs with significant budgets ($10M+)
- • Background in owning hard outcomes under pressure — such as Founder, Chief of Staff, COO, Delivery Manager, or operator from high-intensity deployment environments
- • Strong communicator able to switch seamlessly between technical deep-dives with engineers and high-level strategic conversations with C-suite executives
- • AI-native: actively uses frontier AI tools in daily work and reinvents workflows as technology evolves, with a track record of staying ahead of change
- • Comfortable in chaos: thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and the path forward isn't always clear
- • Travel-ready and customer-obsessed: loves being on-site with customers and expects 25–50% travel
