• • As an AI Outbound Specialist at Hive Technologies Inc., you will design and operate AI-powered systems to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team, combining technical curiosity with sales instincts to identify and engage high-potential accounts in the live events ecosystem.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and deploying AI agents for lead identification and intent monitoring, creating personalized outbound workflows triggered by buying signals, engaging prospects across email, LinkedIn, phone, and emerging channels, maintaining CRM hygiene, and iterating on systems based on performance metrics.
