📋 Description

• The AI Platform Analyst role at Titan AI Inc. is a pivotal entry point into the company’s mission to build the AI platform for banking, where you will operate cutting-edge AI systems in production and directly contribute to client success and product evolution.
• Day to day, you will own end-to-end agentic-enabled client support experiences, guide clients on prompting and workflows, synthesize feedback for product teams, investigate platform issues rigorously, develop pattern recognition across user requests, maintain and improve a living knowledge base, ensure visibility across client communication channels, and collaborate with Client Partners and Forward Deployed Engineers for seamless handoffs.
• Titan AI Inc. is led by former CTOs with multiple exits, ex-bank operators, and former regulators, building secure, bank-native AI infrastructure including Titan Foundry, Banking-Reasoning Models, and Banking Agents to serve the 4,000+ banks in the U.S. that lack safe access to bleeding-edge AI tools.
• In this role, you will gain hands-on experience operating AI systems in production, learn directly from seasoned engineers and operators, develop deep technical and client-facing skills, and build a foundation for a high-impact career with a clear path to Forward Deployed Engineering, Client Ownership, or Product Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, information systems, or similar)
• Fundamental technical skills and deep curiosity about AI platforms and how they work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• High agency and extreme ownership - you dig in, figure it out, and don't wait to be told what to do
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Banking or fintech experience a plus
