• We are proud to partner with Europe’s leading Fintechs and financial institutions such as DKB, Revolut, N26 and Raisin.
• As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an exceptional AI Platform Engineer to join our Engineering team.
• The AI Platform Engineer will design, build and operate the infrastructure that connects Claude and other LLMs to Upvest's internal systems.
• The role is responsible for making other teams self-sufficient by working directly with people in Operations, Compliance, Growth and Finance to help them build their own workflows.
• The AI Platform Engineer will work alongside Security, not around them, and will be the main technical point of contact between them and everything the AI platform touches.
• The ideal candidate will have a platform mindset, applied pragmatically, and will be able to make other people capable.
• The role requires hands-on experience shipping AI agents and end-to-end automations that ran in production and that other people depended on.
• The AI Platform Engineer will be responsible for connecting LLMs to internal systems, building and running workflow automation at production quality, and being a security-conscious collaborator.
• The ideal candidate will have a background of 5+ years in a scale-up, in roles such as platform engineer, infrastructure engineer, applied AI engineer, solutions engineer, or similar.
• The role is based in Berlin, and English is required; German is a plus.
