📋 Description

• As an AI Product Engineer at Brain Co., you will be at the forefront of transforming groundbreaking AI research into tangible, real-world solutions that address critical challenges for the world's most important institutions. This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and practical application, working directly with national governments and leading global companies.
• You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated software systems that leverage artificial intelligence to automate complex, manual processes. This involves building robust front-end interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly, alongside developing scalable and resilient back-end systems capable of handling intricate optimization problems.
• A significant aspect of this role involves direct engagement with key customer stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with government officials, ministers, industrial leaders, and their subject matter experts to deeply understand their unique business challenges and translate these needs into effective AI-powered software solutions.
• You will be empowered to take ownership from day one, working in a fast-paced environment where demand for our solutions consistently outstrips our capacity. This means you'll have the autonomy to drive projects from conception through to deployment, making a measurable impact on critical global operations.
• Your responsibilities will span the full software development lifecycle, including architecting solutions, writing high-quality code, building scalable data pipelines, integrating with industrial sensor networks, and ensuring the performance and reliability of applications in production environments.
• You will contribute to a diverse range of impactful projects. These could include optimizing the efficiency of advanced energy production systems, modernizing core governmental workflows to improve public services, or enhancing patient outcomes within national healthcare systems.
• This role demands a versatile individual who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. Beyond core software development, you will engage in aspects of product management, contribute to sales discussions by articulating technical solutions, and hone your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• You will work alongside a world-class team comprised of seasoned AI experts from leading organizations like Tesla, Google DeepMind, NVIDIA, and Databricks, as well as experienced entrepreneurs and former government officials.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience, with a demonstrated ability and eagerness to work directly with customers to define software specifications and build solutions from the ground up.
• Proven experience with both front-end and back-end technologies, including familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency with modern web development tools and frameworks such as React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and database management systems (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• A strong foundational understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms, coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities may shift and deadlines can be competitive. Eagerness to take end-to-end ownership and a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
