- • Build and iterate on proprietary AI systems that automate creative and analytical workflows for high-growth D2C e-commerce brands generating over $20M annually.
- • Design end-to-end AI pipelines spanning R&D, prototyping, deployment, and scaling — from LLM-based reasoning to diffusion models for image and video generation.
- • Develop agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain and CrewAI to orchestrate multiple AI models into autonomous, production-ready systems.
- • Rapidly prototype AI-driven tools using GPT Codex, Claude Code, and Replit, prioritizing 10x productivity over manual coding practices.
- • Work across AI domains including computer vision, image manipulation, automated video generation, and agentic data analysis with real-time business impact.
- • Deploy scalable web applications using Next.js and Python (FastAPI), integrating with Serverless GPU providers such as Replicate, Fal, and RunPod.
- • Connect and synchronize diverse APIs to create seamless, automated systems that feed directly into live e-commerce operations.
- • Utilize AI frameworks including ComfyUI, Diffusers, IP-Adapters, and ControlNet to build and refine visual generation pipelines.
- • Test MVPs in live business environments before polishing for scale — focus on ROI, speed, and operational utility over theoretical perfection.
- • Collaborate directly with the founder to shape the direction of internal AI tools that later evolve into B2B SaaS products.
- • Operate in a fully remote, high-speed environment with no corporate red tape — if the tech works, it ships.
- • Maintain transparency and accountability using Hubstaff for schedule tracking in a fully remote setup.
- • Contribute to a culture of thoughtful humans who value curiosity, bold thinking, and meaningful work over traditional corporate structures.
- • Participate in a recruitment process that begins with a simple application and includes a guided video interview via Ribbon AI to assess thinking style.
- • Ensure availability for at least 5 hours daily during Eastern European Time (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3) to enable smooth collaboration with the core team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficient in modern AI-assisted development tools such as GPT Codex, Claude Code, and Replit
- • Experience working across multiple AI domains: LLMs, diffusion models (image/video), and computer vision
- • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI
- • Demonstrated ability to deploy scalable web applications using Next.js and Python (FastAPI)
- • Familiarity with Serverless GPU platforms: Replicate, Fal, RunPod
- • Comfort with integrating diverse APIs to build automated, end-to-end AI workflows
