  • • Support and optimize AI-driven recruiting workflows across the candidate lifecycle, focusing on pipeline management and automated evaluation processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • • Manage talent rediscovery initiatives and hotlist coordination to maximize utilization of internal applicant pools and reduce time-to-fill for technical roles.
  • • Drive adoption and process consistency across multiple modern recruiting technology platforms, ensuring all recruiting teams follow standardized operational procedures.
  • • Author, maintain, and update workflow documentation to ensure operational compliance and provide clear guidance for Recruiting, Sales, Training, and Operations teams.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Sales, Training, and Operations departments to align technical systems with business needs and ensure seamless integration of AI tools.
  • • Coordinate candidate engagement strategies that improve response rates, candidate experience, and overall recruiting cycle speeds across global markets.
  • • Serve as the primary operational owner for internal recruiting platforms, monitoring performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.
  • • Enable recruiters through training and support on new AI-enabled software and talent intelligence tools, ensuring high adoption rates and effective usage.
  • • Track and report on key recruiting metrics related to pipeline health, time-to-hire, and system utilization to inform process refinements and strategic decisions.
  • • Ensure all recruiting operations adhere to internal compliance standards and data governance policies when managing candidate information and automation workflows.
  • • Optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology stacks to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate routing.
  • • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled sourcing platforms and talent rediscovery infrastructure to surface passive or previously engaged candidates.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, system configurations, and process changes to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.
  • • Partner with global teams across Latin America and the U.S. to ensure operational alignment and consistent execution of staffing initiatives.
  • • Proactively respond to system issues, user feedback, and workflow disruptions to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted recruiting operations.
  • • Contribute to the evolution of recruiting technology strategy by providing on-the-ground insights from recruiter needs and candidate interactions.
  • • Manage multiple high-priority workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment without compromising accuracy or compliance.
  • • Adapt quickly to new technologies, platform updates, and changing business priorities while maintaining operational excellence.
  • • Serve as a trusted operational bridge between technical systems and non-technical recruiting staff, translating system capabilities into actionable workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations
  • • Direct experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools
  • • Strong organizational capabilities with deep attention to detail and a proven background in process management and documentation
  • • Highly comfortable learning, adopting, and enabling teams on new tech platforms and AI-enabled software
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • • Prior experience working within a staffing agency, consulting firm, or fast-paced recruitment agency environment
