📋 Description

• Design, build, deploy, and improve ML/LLM-powered services and features that power intelligent automation and AI-driven product experiences across the Workato platform.
• Design, develop, and operate end-to-end ML/LLM systems from prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Write high-quality, testable, maintainable, and efficient Python code for production AI systems.
• Improve validation, observability, and performance monitoring for ML services, focusing on quality, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Partner cross-functionally with product managers, platform engineers, and other stakeholders to ship AI-powered product capabilities.
• Evaluate and improve existing AI implementations by identifying bottlenecks, bugs, and optimization opportunities.
• Design controlled experiments to test AI-based product features and perform deep analysis of results to extract actionable insights.
• Experiment and iterate on model behavior, prompting strategies, retrieval methods, tool use, and orchestration to enhance user outcomes.
• Contribute to technical design and code reviews to raise engineering quality across the AI and engineering teams.
• Build AI services using LLMs and custom machine learning models tailored for enterprise-scale production use cases.
• Apply LLMOps and MLOps practices including monitoring pipelines, evaluation frameworks, model rollout procedures, and CI/CD integration.
• Work with modern data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift and Snowflake to support data-driven AI development and evaluation.
• Utilize A/B testing and statistical significance techniques to validate AI feature performance and guide product decisions.
• Develop and operate workflow-aware AI systems and tool-use agents for enterprise SaaS environments.
• Maintain a practical mindset focused on shipping reliable, scalable, and production-grade AI systems with measurable business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with tool-use agents or workflow-aware AI systems.
• Experience building AI products in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical significance techniques.
• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps tooling and practices (monitoring, evaluation pipelines, model rollout, CI/CD).
• Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake.
