AI/Scaled Customer Success Lead

📋 Description

• • As the AI/Scaled Customer Success Lead at Lovable Labs Inc., you will design and implement scalable systems, automation, and programs that ensure every customer receives timely, relevant touchpoints—without requiring a dedicated CSM for every account—directly impacting customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction at scale.
• • Day to day, you will own the lifecycle automation engine by building onboarding sequences, activation nudges, adoption campaigns, and renewal outreach; develop health scoring models and response playbooks; create early-warning systems for churn risk; manage 1:many enablement events like webinars and office hours; build Voice of the Customer pipelines; orchestrate customer communications at scale; and detect expansion signals to hand off to sales and CS teams.
• • You’ll join a small, high-impact, talent-dense team based in Stockholm (with remote flexibility) that values extreme ownership, rapid iteration, and low-ego collaboration—building a generation-defining platform used by over 2 million people across 200+ countries to turn ideas into software.
