- • As the AI Search and SEO Growth Lead at Legion Health, you will own the organic acquisition engine across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-driven surfaces where patients discover psychiatric care, directly impacting booked visits and patient access to mental health services.
- • You will build and execute a comprehensive SEO and AI-search strategy, including technical SEO audits, content briefs with clinician review, landing page optimization, and conversion-focused improvements that tie organic visibility to eligibility, scheduling, and completed visits.
- • Legion Health is a Y Combinator-backed company rebuilding psychiatric care from first principles using AI, having achieved regulatory authorization for AI-prescribed medications and delivering 25K+ visits in two years with flat ops costs and industry-leading patient NPS.
- • You will develop expertise in healthcare-specific YMYL content compliance, AI-search visibility tracking, and growth systems that compound monthly, positioning you to scale into a Head of Organic Growth or broader consumer growth leadership role as the company expands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience driving SEO, organic growth, or AI-search visibility for consumer, healthcare, telehealth, or regulated companies with direct ownership of outcomes tied to bookings, appointments, or revenue.
- • Deep technical SEO expertise in crawl/indexation, JavaScript SEO, structured data, Core Web Vitals, server logs, schema, and site architecture, including experience with AI crawlers like OAI-SearchBot and PerplexityBot.
- • Proven ability to build AI-assisted content workflows with human review, fact-checking, clinical approval, and compliance safeguards for YMYL topics such as psychiatry and medication management.
- • Strong healthcare judgment and understanding of YMYL content requirements, including accuracy, trust, patient privacy, claims substantiation, and medical review workflows.
- • Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, BigQuery, Looker/Hex, Webflow/Next.js, Airtable, and LLM-based workflows for content and SEO automation.
