- • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand enterprise customer requirements and translate them into technical AI-driven procurement solutions
- • Lead technical discovery sessions to map customer workflows and identify automation opportunities in procurement, finance, and operations processes
- • Design, build, and optimize AI agent workflows using prompt engineering and configuration to automate tasks such as invoice processing, contract review, and supplier management
- • Architect and implement integrations between Zip AI agents and customer systems including ERPs, CLMs, ticketing platforms, and TPRM tools using middleware and iPaaS solutions
- • Own end-to-end implementation of AI solutions—from scoping requirements and documenting architecture to testing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful go-lives
- • Enable customer teams to independently manage and improve their AI agents, fostering long-term self-sufficiency and adoption
- • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to procurement, finance, and operations leaders throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial evaluation to expansion
- • Gather and synthesize field insights on AI agent usage patterns and deliver structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence platform roadmap
- • Work directly with enterprise customers including Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, and Databricks to deploy AI-powered automation at scale
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align customer needs with platform capabilities and drive customer success
- • Maintain technical credibility by leading architectural discussions, resolving complex integration challenges, and earning trust from technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders across diverse industries and organizational stages
- • Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and a relentless focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes through AI automation
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Implementation Engineer
- • Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered solutions with working understanding of functional LLM fundamentals and prompt engineering
- • Strong technical credibility to lead architectural discussions, resolve complex integration challenges, and earn trust from technical stakeholders
- • Experience with middleware platforms, iPaaS tools, or integration architecture; comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols
- • Track record of managing enterprise customer engagements and delivering successful implementations in fast-paced environments
- • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders in procurement, finance, and operations
