• Hatch Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and proactive AI Specialist to join our dynamic and expanding team in New York City. This pivotal role is centered around the end-to-end delivery of sophisticated AI agents, guiding them from the initial stages of discovery and meticulous configuration through to successful launch and continuous iteration. Your primary objective will be to empower our customers to achieve maximum success and value by leveraging Hatch’s cutting-edge AI platform.
• In this hands-on position, you will collaborate intimately with our most valued customers and diverse internal teams. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex, often ambiguous, customer requirements into clear, actionable agent behaviors, robust workflows, and precise configurations. The success of this role hinges on ensuring that the AI solutions we deploy effectively address and solve real-world business problems, delivering tangible results.
• You will be deeply immersed in the practical aspects of agent setup, rigorous testing, precise tuning, and ensuring comprehensive launch readiness. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in channeling concrete learnings and insights derived from these customer engagements back into our Product development lifecycle, informing future enhancements and strategic direction.

• Your responsibilities will encompass owning the complete lifecycle of AI agent delivery. This includes the critical initial phases of scoping and requirements gathering, progressing through development and configuration, to the successful launch, thorough validation, and ongoing iterative improvements based on performance data and customer feedback.
• You will be instrumental in defining and architecting agent workflows, crafting precise prompts, and designing intelligent behaviors that not only meet genuine customer needs but also operate with exceptional reliability and stability in production environments.
• A significant portion of your role will involve hands-on engagement with agent configuration, meticulous testing protocols, and performance tuning to guarantee the highest standards of quality and effectiveness, both prior to and following the agent's launch.
• You will lead customer-facing engagements with a strong focus on delivery outcomes. This includes conducting detailed discovery sessions, presenting solution walkthroughs, and ensuring customers are fully prepared for launch readiness.
• A key aspect of your role will be to actively monitor the performance of live AI agents and gather customer feedback. This data will be used to drive rapid, pragmatic, and impactful improvements, ensuring continuous optimization.
• You will develop a keen obsession with key business KPIs, diligently ensuring that the AI agents you deliver drive measurable impact across critical customer outcomes, operational efficiency gains, and a strong return on investment (ROI).

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in solutions delivery, customer success, consulting, or a hands-on product execution role.
• Experience working with AI-powered systems, including prompt engineering, workflow automation tools, or similar AI configurations.
• Proven ability to break down ambiguous customer problems into clear, executable requirements and technical specifications.
• Strong ownership mindset with a demonstrated bias toward action, follow-through, and a commitment to delivering results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving requirements and a willingness to adapt.
• Background in B2B SaaS or platform products is highly desirable.
• Experience in the home services industry is a significant plus.
