📋 Description

• As a Senior Project Manager at Supernal, you are accountable for the controllable success or failure of your projects. Success means delivering on time and to specification with a great client experience. If any element is at risk, you investigate root causes and drive timely mitigation with clear communication and structured planning.
• You are the single-threaded owner from kickoff through handover to ongoing maintenance and support. You’ll work closely with our Field Engineering Lead (Lead AI Mason)—a technical expert who helps validate effort estimates and handles technical building—to ensure they execute predictably and transparently.
• Your responsibilities include defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics; breaking work into milestones, dependencies, and timelines; identifying and tracking risks, assumptions, and mitigation plans early; managing the Build → Subscription transition with clear exit criteria and readiness plans; owning all reporting for clients; leading written and verbal communication including weekly client syncs; drilling into project details; proactively scheduling internal syncs; maintaining system hygiene across project tools; verifying SoW and contractual alignment; communicating transparently; managing stakeholders; maintaining a single source of truth for documentation; partnering with the Lead AI Mason to verify scoping and resource needs; meeting deadlines or raising risks early; ensuring testing, validation, and reviews are completed; conducting structured post-mortems; taking full ownership for results end-to-end; anticipating issues and proposing solutions; tracking commitments, actions, and owners; escalating blockers promptly; modeling proactive, structured communication and disciplined follow-through.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years managing complex programs (SaaS, AI, and automation experience a plus)
• Proven record of on-time, to-spec delivery with high client satisfaction
• Deep experience in scope definition, planning, risk, and change management
• Strong communicator—structured, concise, and transparent
• Skilled at probing assumptions, validating data, and driving decisions
• Hands-on with PM tools
• Confident operating across technical and executive stakeholder levels
• Familiar with our core stack: workflow automation (n8n), low-code frontends (e.g. Lovable), databases (e.g. Supabase), webhooks, HTTP requests, APIs, etc.
