- • The AI Success Engineer serves as the primary post-sales point of contact for OpenAI’s most important customers, driving account health, adoption, and measurable value realization through technical expertise and strategic guidance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical relationships, owning account health and adoption velocity, conducting technical enablement sessions, identifying and validating use cases, leading cross-functional coordination, building executive and technical stakeholder relationships, translating customer objectives into actionable roadmaps, partnering with Product and Research teams, facilitating workshops, driving expansions, and serving as a technical advisor for existing implementations.
- • The role sits within OpenAI’s AI Success Engineer team, which partners with ambitious organizations worldwide to translate cutting-edge AI into real business value, guiding customers from initial deployment through scaled enterprise adoption across technical integration, workflow transformation, and sustained product delivery.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in OpenAI’s full product suite, strengthen your ability to bridge technical and business domains, lead complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, influence product direction through customer feedback, and drive tangible AI impact for Fortune 500 enterprises, government agencies, and innovative startups.
