- • Join Capital Rx, Inc. as an AI Success Manager to drive client value, adoption, and retention for AI products by guiding onboarding, optimizing use cases, and fostering strategic partnerships in a mission-driven health technology company rebuilding trust in U.S. healthcare.
- • Day to day, you will accelerate customer time-to-value by ensuring rapid adoption and operational excellence for AI solutions, lead end-to-end onboarding including scoping, technical setup, and training, track and analyze key AI usage metrics such as model performance and ROI, guide clients through organizational changes for AI adoption, act as a liaison between clients/departments and AI product/engineering teams, and manage and lead a small team of Machine Learning Engineers.
- • Capital Rx is a public benefit corporation delivering full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions to self-insured employers, operating alongside Judi Health™ and the proprietary Enterprise Health Platform (EHP) Judi®, with a focus on deploying infrastructure for better healthcare in the U.S. through cutting-edge AI/ML/GenAI innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in aligning complex AI technology with business strategy, guiding organizations through digital transformation, interpreting usage data for informed decisions, and building trust with stakeholders and executives while advancing ethical, high-ROI AI deployment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
- • Minimum 6 years of industry experience (4 years with Master’s degree) in ML solutions development and production deployment
- • At least 2 years of experience in Engineering Management with teams of 4 or more engineers
- • Strong proficiency in Python
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- • Familiarity with GenAI services such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, including experience developing and fine-tuning prompts
