📋 Description
- • Shape the future of AI by delivering must-have research insights, market predictions, and best practices to CIOs and AI leaders globally.
- • Create thought-provoking, high-impact content on AI solution categories including Market Evolution, Infrastructure & Compute, Models and Providers, Development Platforms, AI Data Infrastructure, Application Frameworks & Middleware, Prebuilt/Custom/Embedded AI, Agentic Automation and Management, GRC & Security, Operations & Monitoring, and Contracting & Funding.
- • Research and analyze global AI vendor landscapes to produce authoritative research deliverables such as Magic Quadrants, Critical Capabilities, and Strategic Roadmaps.
- • Provide actionable guidance to clients on AI readiness, strategy, use case prioritization, business case development, architecture design, and vendor selection.
- • Demonstrate thought leadership by influencing research agendas and shaping perspectives on AI’s impact in industries such as Consumer Goods and Insurance Property & Casualty (P&C).
- • Deliver high-value presentations and briefings at Gartner conferences, client meetings, and virtual engagements to drive client adoption and trust.
- • Collaborate with Team Managers and Research Cohort Leads to align stakeholders, drive cross-team initiatives, and ensure consistent, high-quality research output.
- • Pivot research focus as client demands evolve and boundaries between technologies and industries blur.
- • Peer-review research content to maintain quality, accuracy, and timeliness across all deliverables.
- • Build and maintain credibility as a trusted advisor and representative of Gartner’s research methodology and standards.
- • Mentor and coach junior analysts to develop their research, writing, and client engagement skills.
- • Support sales teams by providing market intelligence and client-facing insights that reinforce Gartner’s value proposition.
- • Identify and improve internal research processes to enhance efficiency and impact.
- • Engage clients regularly through virtual and in-person interactions to ensure ongoing adoption of Gartner insights.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of the global AI ecosystem, including competitive dynamics, regulatory trends, geopolitical influences, and evolving vendor capabilities.
- • Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable conclusions using analytical frameworks and industry patterns.
- • Communicate complex technical and business concepts simply and effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
- • Maintain strong business and financial acumen to align AI recommendations with organizational objectives and budget constraints.
- • Work independently with high self-motivation while actively collaborating within a global, multicultural, matrixed team environment.
- • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements, conferences, and internal meetings where applicable.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- • Experience selecting, implementing, and maintaining multi-vendor AI solutions
- • Thorough understanding of the AI stack (Apps, Middleware Frameworks & Agents, Platforms, Infrastructure + Data)
- • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- • Strong research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills
