📋 Description

• The AI Video Creator role at Scale Army is a high-impact, execution-focused position responsible for producing realistic, scalable AI-generated product videos that directly enhance e-commerce product page performance and customer engagement. This role is critical in transforming static product assets into dynamic, lifelike visual content using cutting-edge AI tools, enabling clients to showcase products at scale with minimal production overhead.
• The person will be responsible for end-to-end AI video production, including generating 360° product views, close-up shots, and UGC-style content; editing and refining AI outputs to publish-ready quality using professional tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve; selecting optimal AI video platforms (Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, etc.) based on use case; managing creative assets via OneDrive; tracking tasks in ClickUp; proactively owning workflow by reviewing the project board and initiating tasks independently; communicating clearly to avoid rework; and contributing to storyboarding and creative direction when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in video production, content creation, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Sora, or similar platforms
• Strong video editing skills using professional software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Proficiency in managing creative assets via OneDrive and tracking work in ClickUp
• Fluent in written and verbal English for effective collaboration with U.S.-based teams
• Proactive, self-directed mindset with strong judgment in seeking clarification when needed
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for realism, consistency, and visual quality in AI-generated outputs
