• In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in researching, experimenting with, and implementing the latest advancements in AI video generation tools. Your primary focus will be on conceptualizing and generating original, compelling AI-powered content, and then expertly editing it to produce production-ready advertisements. You will be the architect of the end-to-end AI video creation workflow, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality output for brands operating at a significant paid media scale. This position demands a blend of technical AI proficiency, creative vision, and a deep understanding of video production principles.
• Your responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of AI video creation. You will be tasked with continuously researching and rigorously testing emerging AI models and cutting-edge tools specifically designed for video generation. This proactive exploration will ensure Homera Health remains at the vanguard of AI creative technology. You will then translate this research into tangible assets by generating a diverse range of video ads and promotional content, leveraging the full capabilities of AI tools and resources at your disposal. The ability to prompt AI effectively to achieve desired visual and narrative outcomes will be crucial.
• Beyond generation, a significant part of your role will involve the meticulous editing and integration of AI-generated assets with traditional video, audio, text, and animation elements. Your goal is to craft polished, professional, and engaging content that resonates with target audiences and meets stringent production standards. You will manage the entire AI video creation process from ideation to final delivery, overseeing multiple brands simultaneously. This requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle diverse project requirements and timelines. 🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience utilizing AI tools for video generation and editing.
• Proven experience with traditional video editing and production using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work, including AI-generated content, personal projects, social media accounts, or professional work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with a variety of AI tools across text, image, video, audio, and music generation.
• Demonstrated passion for AI content creation and emerging creative technologies, with a proactive approach to researching and experimenting with new AI models.
• Completion of a college or university degree in a related field is considered an asset, or being close to finishing.
