- • WongDoody, a global leader in design studios and digital marketing, is seeking a visionary Creative Director to spearhead social and platform strategies for retail and CPG clients. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who possesses a dual understanding: the art of crafting compelling brand narratives and the science of translating those narratives into impactful, platform-native content that resonates with today's audiences. You will be instrumental in shaping how brands connect with consumers in the dynamic landscape of social media and digital platforms, driving engagement and fostering genuine cultural relevance.
- • As a Creative Director, Social & Platforms, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and strategically focused. You will be tasked with leading and nurturing a talented team comprising art, motion, and copy specialists, instilling a social-first mindset in all their endeavors. A core part of your role will involve translating overarching brand and campaign concepts into formats that are inherently native to various platforms, ensuring they feel organic and engaging rather than contrived. You will act as a crucial bridge, connecting high-level, brand-led creative thinking with the intricate ecosystems of social media, influencers, and creators. Maintaining a rigorous standard of creative excellence will be paramount, always ensuring that the work remains tightly aligned with the client's brand strategy and overarching business objectives. Your ability to infuse cultural awareness into every project will be key, demonstrating a keen understanding of what truly moves audiences and the underlying reasons why. You will play a significant role in shaping the distribution strategy for creative ideas, determining how they are best presented across different platforms, through various creators, and in diverse formats. In Germany, approximately 300 professionals contribute to our success across locations in Berlin, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, and remotely.
