- • As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Hadrian, you will contribute to building autonomous factories that accelerate aerospace and defense manufacturing, enabling faster and cheaper production of rockets, satellites, jets, and ships.
- • You will scope, architect, implement, and deploy critical applications across Hadrian’s internal products like Flow (FactoryOS), Copilot (manufacturing automation), and Factory Automation, directly impacting revenue and operational efficiency.
- • You’ll work within a fast-growing, mission-driven team backed by top-tier investors, collaborating with engineers, operators, and expert machinists to redefine how America manufactures critical systems.
- • This role offers significant autonomy and future leadership opportunities, allowing you to own product verticals, build teams, and grow technically and professionally in a high-impact, founder-friendly environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience shipping modern, full-stack applications using React/Next/TypeScript for frontend and Go/Python for backend
- • Experience working on large, complex codebases
- • Proven ability to take bias-to-action approach and lead critical projects or initiatives
- • Product-minded and user-driven mindset with focus on delivering the right solution
- • Eligibility to work from Hadrian’s Los Angeles Factory in Torrance, CA
- • U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or eligibility for ITAR compliance
