• • A primary responsibility will be the precise execution of payroll for employees throughout the Americas region. This involves managing multiple pay frequencies, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness in every transaction. You will be expected to consistently meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ticket resolution, payroll processing, and calculation accuracy, upholding the highest standards of operational performance.
• • You will be tasked with ensuring that all payroll transactions and associated reporting are both accurate and delivered on time. This includes the critical step of validating payroll data across various HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity. Furthermore, you will be responsible for generating weekly and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders, providing essential insights into payroll operations.
• • Processing payroll and invoice data within our global finance platform is a key function. This ensures that we meet audit requirements and deliver comprehensive, accurate client payroll packages.
