Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As an Enterprise Channel Sales Consultant for Juno, you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth by leveraging and enabling our Technology Management Company (TMC) partners. This pivotal role sits at the nexus of direct sales, partner enablement, and deep product expertise, with the primary objective of expanding Juno's market reach and adoption within enterprise and mid-market segments through a strategic channel approach. You will be a key player in building a new, high-leverage growth opportunity for Ramp, operating with the agility of a startup while benefiting from the robust infrastructure and resources of a leading fintech company.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a dynamic blend of direct selling, strategic enablement, and consultative support. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding a channel-sourced revenue quota, actively identifying, engaging, and closing net-new enterprise and mid-market opportunities in close collaboration with your TMC partners. This involves proactively prospecting within partner portfolios to uncover high-potential Juno opportunities, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and business challenges. You will lead a consultative, value-driven sales process from initial discovery calls through to demo execution and final contract signature, ensuring a seamless and compelling customer journey.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve delivering impactful, tailored product demonstrations to sophisticated enterprise buyers and key stakeholders, showcasing the unique value proposition of Juno. You will frequently join partner-led sales calls, acting as the subject-matter expert and providing crucial commercial support to ensure successful outcomes. This includes confidently addressing a wide range of objections related to travel operations, finance, compliance, and system integrations, effectively translating complex workflows into clear, quantifiable business outcomes and demonstrating tangible ROI for potential clients.
  • • Beyond direct sales activities, you will play a critical role in empowering our TMC partners. This involves meticulously teaching TMC Account Managers, Account Executives, and Solution Consultants how to effectively position and sell Juno, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to drive their own pipeline. You will be responsible for developing and refining core messaging, creating effective talk tracks, and building robust objection-handling frameworks that partners can readily adopt. Furthermore, you will design and deliver engaging enablement sessions, both virtually and in-person, aimed at significantly increasing partner confidence, skill proficiency, and ultimately, their ability to generate qualified Juno opportunities.
  • • To ensure continuous improvement and strategic alignment, you will act as a vital feedback loop between the field and internal teams. You will diligently surface partner and prospect feedback, including common objections, emerging feature requests, and technical requirements, directly to the Product and Leadership teams. By identifying patterns and trends in this feedback, you will contribute to refining our overall channel sales motion, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of Juno's go-to-market strategy as one of the earliest hires dedicated to this function. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new product category from the ground up, working on high-impact problems and scaling Juno's solution to thousands of customers, all while enjoying the autonomy of an early-stage venture within a well-established and rapidly growing company.
  • • The Juno product itself addresses a massive, largely unsolved problem in the corporate finance landscape: guest travel and expense management. This workflow is notoriously fragmented and underserved, often relying on inefficient manual processes like spreadsheets and email chains, despite representing a substantial portion of a company's overall spend. By joining Ramp and focusing on Juno, you will be at the forefront of building a category-defining solution that streamlines and optimizes this critical business function. Your contributions will directly impact how companies manage billions in spend, offering them the opportunity to achieve significant cost savings and revenue growth, mirroring the success Ramp has already enabled for its existing customer base. This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments, possesses a strong commercial acumen, and is passionate about building and scaling innovative solutions in the fintech space.

🎯 Requirements

  • • You are a natural seller motivated by achieving and exceeding quotas, thriving in competitive environments and driven by the satisfaction of closing deals.
  • • You possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable and effective when engaging with customers and partners, capable of commanding attention and driving conversations in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • • You demonstrate a commercially-focused mindset, prioritizing business value and revenue generation, while remaining comfortable engaging in basic technical discussions and understanding system functionalities.
  • • You derive energy and satisfaction from enabling others, actively enjoying the process of helping colleagues and partners sharpen their sales skills and achieve their own successes.
  • • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistently follow through on commitments, ensuring reliability and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Comprehensive 100% medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees, with partial coverage for dependents.
  • • 401k plan available, including an employer match on contributions made during employment.
  • • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) policy to support work-life balance.
  • • Fertility Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) offering up to $10,000 annually.
  • • Generous Parental Leave policy.
  • • Unlimited AI token usage for productivity tools.
  • • Pet insurance coverage.
  • • Centralized ordering system for home office equipment to ensure a productive remote work setup.
  • • Health and Wellness stipend to support employee well-being.
  • • In-office perks including complimentary lunch, snacks, and drinks.
  • • Budget allocated for intra-office travel to foster team collaboration and connection.
