📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end Data Experience for thousands of landscaping, tree-care, design-build, snow removal, and irrigation professionals who collectively process more than $4 billion in annual revenue through our platform.
• • Establish and formalize the data foundations that will power the next generation of LMN, SingleOps, and Greenius products—turning raw usage data, third-party integrations, and industry benchmarks into actionable insights that directly improve our customers’ bottom lines.
• • Design and deliver self-service analytics dashboards, embedded reports, and AI-driven recommendations that allow owners and crew leaders to spot profit leaks, optimize schedules, and price jobs with confidence—without ever leaving the Granum ecosystem.
• • Curate, cleanse, and standardize customer data from disparate sources (job costing, GPS tracking, weather feeds, material pricing APIs, QuickBooks, etc.) to create a single, trustworthy source of truth that fuels both human decisions and machine-learning models.
• • Partner with engineering, data science, design, and customer success to define data schemas, ETL pipelines, and governance policies that balance speed, security, and scalability as we grow from thousands to tens of thousands of active companies.
• • Translate complex data concepts into simple, compelling product narratives—running discovery interviews, writing PRDs, prioritizing backlogs, and communicating roadmap trade-offs to executives, engineers, and frontline users alike.
• • Champion a culture of experimentation: instrument features, set success metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate rapidly so every release moves the needle on customer retention, expansion revenue, and NPS.
• • Collaborate with our AI team to surface predictive insights—such as “this job is at risk of going over budget” or “crew X is 30 % more productive on Thursdays”—via in-app chatbots and proactive alerts that feel magical yet trustworthy.
• • Evangelize the value of data across the organization, creating enablement materials for sales, marketing, and customer success so they can tell ROI stories that shorten sales cycles and reduce churn.
• • Keep a pulse on industry trends—IoT sensors, drone imagery, sustainability metrics, and emerging payment rails—to ensure Granum stays two steps ahead in the green industry’s digital evolution.
