- • As the Director of Product for BSS & Platform Services at Vonage, you will drive product strategy for shared platform capabilities spanning Lead-to-cash (BSS), Data Analytics, Identity Management, Accounts & Users, and API Gateway, enabling growth and profitability across internal and external user bases.
- • You will lead and guide a team of product managers, own the roadmap and vision for BSS and Platform Services, collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, and engage with customers to understand needs and support business growth.
- • Vonage is a global cloud communications leader powering digital transformation for brands like Airbnb, Viber, WhatsApp, and Snapchat through programmable unified communications, contact center solutions, and communications APIs, offering a hybrid work environment in London.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic expertise in enterprise SaaS, back-office systems, API gateways, identity management, and data analytics while leading digital transformation initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams through data-driven decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience in Product Management with proven leadership managing cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams at a Director level
- • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS such as CRM, Analytics, Billing & Rating systems
- • Experience with back-office systems and delivering complex projects or business transformations in BSS and OSS areas due to acquisitions, growth, and digital transformations
- • Expertise in managing global, enterprise-scale cloud services including technical, security, and regulatory aspects
- • Experience with security, scalability, and best practices for high-volume transactions, especially with API Gateways, Identity Management, and Data Analytics
- • Previous software development experience or strong proficiency in SQL, Kibana, and understanding complex data models
