  • • Serve as the senior regional clinical strategist for GE HealthCare's cutting-edge Amyloid PET portfolio, including Vizamyl and advanced amyloid quantification solutions, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Alzheimer's disease diagnostics.
  • • Drive clinical care pathway differentiation by engaging directly with key decision-makers in radiology departments and imaging centers, establishing GE HealthCare as a leader in innovative diagnostic approaches.
  • • Take ownership of shaping and executing a large-scale clinical differentiation strategy that is tightly aligned with GE HealthCare's overarching commercial objectives, ensuring market leadership and sustained growth.
  • • Lead the development and nurturing of strategic Key Opinion Leader (KOL) partnerships, leveraging these relationships to influence regional commercial planning and drive adoption across multiple product lines.
  • • Possess and apply specialized, comprehensive knowledge across a spectrum of critical areas, including PET radiopharmaceutical diagnostics, sophisticated quantification methodologies, complex reimbursement considerations, and the evolving landscape of diagnostic care pathways.
  • • Define and implement robust engagement frameworks designed to significantly strengthen GE HealthCare's competitive positioning and foster long-term portfolio growth within the region.
  • • Actively influence the development of regional strategy, contributing valuable insights and strategic direction to broader commercial planning discussions.
  • • Integrate critical insights gathered from Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing teams, and external clinical stakeholders to meticulously optimize portfolio positioning and market penetration.
  • • Exercise a high level of judgment and strategic thinking to address complex clinical, operational, and commercial challenges, developing innovative solutions that drive success.
  • • Construct and present strategic recommendations that have a tangible impact on territory planning, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • • Utilize a diverse range of internal data and selected external sources to guide informed decision-making, ensuring strategies are data-driven and effective.
  • • Potentially lead high-visibility regional or cross-functional initiatives, demonstrating leadership and project management capabilities.
  • • Communicate difficult, sensitive, or complex information effectively at executive levels, fostering understanding and alignment.
  • • Mentor senior team members, contributing to their professional development and elevating the overall clinical and strategic capabilities across the region.
  • • Contribute to the development of clinical education materials and support programs to enhance customer understanding and utilization of the Amyloid PET portfolio.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in PET imaging, neuroscience, and diagnostic technologies, translating this knowledge into actionable strategies.
  • • Collaborate with regulatory affairs and market access teams to ensure alignment with evolving healthcare policies and reimbursement landscapes.
  • • Represent GE HealthCare at key industry conferences, symposia, and customer events, presenting clinical data and strategic insights.
  • • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and threats to inform strategic responses.
  • • Foster a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with global and regional teams to ensure a unified approach to market strategy and execution.
  • • Drive the adoption of Vizamyl and amyloid quantification solutions by clearly articulating their clinical value proposition and economic benefits to healthcare providers.
  • • Contribute to the development of business cases and strategic plans for new product introductions and portfolio enhancements within the Amyloid PET space.
  • • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify unmet clinical needs and opportunities for GE HealthCare to innovate and lead.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, department heads, and clinical staff to ensure successful implementation and utilization of GE HealthCare's solutions.
  • • Provide expert clinical support and guidance to the sales and marketing teams, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of the Amyloid PET portfolio.
  • • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all activities.
  • • This role is crucial in advancing the diagnosis and management of Alzheimer's disease, directly impacting patient care and outcomes through innovative imaging solutions.
