📋 Description

• The Analista de Requisitos Pleno role at Unisys Corporation is critical for ensuring that business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into clear technical requirements that guide software development and system implementation.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing requirements management, applying appropriate elicitation techniques (such as interviews, workshops, brainstorming, and prototyping), collaborating with business stakeholders and Product Owners to gather functional and non-functional requirements, maintaining requirement artifacts, and guiding team members on traceability and software requirement understanding.
• You will work within a structured yet agile environment at Unisys, a global technology company focused on delivering innovative solutions, where your contributions directly impact the quality and alignment of software projects with business objectives.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in requirements engineering, gain hands-on experience with UML, BPMN, and data modeling, strengthen your facilitation and communication skills, and develop proficiency across waterfall, iterative/incremental, and agile SDLC methodologies, positioning you for advancement into senior analysis or product ownership roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field with minimum 360 hours, or any bachelor’s degree plus postgraduate specialization in IT (minimum 360 hours)
• 2 to 4 years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, or management
• Proficiency in elicitation techniques including interviews, workshops, brainstorming, questionnaires, observation, and prototyping
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Waterfall, Iterative/Incremental, Agile)
• Ability to create and interpret UML diagrams and BPMN notation
• Knowledge of data modeling and test analysis
• Mandatory certification: at least one of IREB CPRE Foundation Level, CSPO, or PSPO I
