• • As a Functional Analyst at NEORIS, you will play a key role in translating business needs into functional and technical solutions, directly contributing to the success of OMS (Order Management Systems) projects in the retail sector. Your work ensures seamless integration between business processes and technology, enabling efficient operations and high-value outcomes for clients.
• • Day to day, you will analyze and translate business requirements into functional processes and technical specifications, define end-to-end workflows, create clear documentation and flow diagrams, collaborate on API interface design and validation, execute and document integration tests, perform functional testing of iOS mobile applications with a user experience focus, and track incidents in coordination with business and technology teams.
