📋 Description

• • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable platform infrastructure for Shared Hosting and Shared WordPress platforms
• • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Terraform and Ansible
• • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable software delivery
• • Optimize platform usability and performance through continuous monitoring and tuning
• • Monitor platform health and implement proactive alerting and remediation systems to ensure high availability
• • Manage container orchestration environments including Docker and Kubernetes
• • Manage and optimize Apache web server configurations for performance, security, and scalability
• • Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards across all platform infrastructure
• • Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence
• • Collaborate closely with development teams and system administrators to align infrastructure with application needs
• • Maintain and enhance infrastructure automation workflows to reduce manual intervention and increase deployment speed
• • Support global operations by being available for on-call responsibilities during non-working hours, including weekends and holidays
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform reliability, efficiency, and scalability
• • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for critical system outages
• • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track system metrics and improve operational visibility
• • Apply networking, security, and system architecture principles to strengthen platform resilience
• • Work within a multicultural, global team to deliver technology solutions across multiple brands including Bluehost, HostGator, Web.com, and others
• • Ensure all infrastructure changes are documented and aligned with operational best practices
• • Support continuous learning and career growth by engaging with new technologies and cross-functional initiatives
