  • A key aspect of this role is fostering collaboration and communication among interdisciplinary teams. You will act as a crucial liaison, communicating internally between staff, vendors, and other business areas to effectively allocate necessary resources. This ensures alignment with the overarching goals and objectives of the business strategy, optimizing clinical operations for enhanced efficiency and compliance.
  • You will be instrumental in analyzing error reports, identifying root causes, and resolving error trends. This proactive approach will help identify operational risks and provide actionable solutions to senior management and senior individual contributors, thereby mitigating potential issues before they escalate.
  • The role involves assisting with the development of clinical support strategy and resource requirements. By analyzing data, you will ensure that growth and development goals and objectives are met, contributing to the long-term success and scalability of our clinical support operations.
  • You will align clinical support training needs with available resources, budgets, and analytical findings. This ensures that training programs are effective, efficient, and contribute to continuous improvement while meeting defined goals and objectives.
  • You will coordinate the clinical support review process with supervisory staff, preparing and presenting detailed reports to ensure consistent information flow and performance monitoring across the team.
  • A significant part of your contribution will be developing basic strategies for delivering on stakeholder and business performance expectations. This involves ensuring consistent communication and thorough analysis to drive desired outcomes.
  • You will be responsible for balancing daily workloads and managing clinical support resources effectively. This includes collecting and analyzing financial data, identifying budget gaps, and ensuring pricing consistency to maintain performance at the company's high standards.
  • You will manage resources to develop and implement the methodology for analyzing and reporting on clinical support team performance data. These insights will be communicated to senior managers and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Furthermore, you will administer strategic review processes, ensuring that continuous improvement, compliance, and high-performance clinical support protocols and standards are consistently upheld. This proactive management ensures the ongoing excellence of our clinical support functions.
  • This position does not require licensure, making it an accessible opportunity for individuals with strong analytical and operational skills who are passionate about healthcare.
  • You will work remotely from Pennsylvania, contributing to a flexible and dynamic work environment. Your anticipated weekly hours will be 40, in a full-time capacity.
