📋 Description

• • As an Analyst, Finance in Warner Music Group’s Participations group, you will play a critical role in preparing and distributing profit share and distribution statements in accordance with contractual agreements, ensuring accurate financial reporting for artists and labels across the company’s global music portfolio.
• • Day to day, you will compile and review transactional data, interpret artist and label contracts, create financial schedules, perform profitability analysis, reconcile accounts, update cash forecasts and budgets, maintain vendor master data, and communicate status and issues to management while building strong cross-functional relationships.
• • You will join Warner Music Group’s Center of Excellence for Shared Services, specifically the Nashville-based Participations team, which supports financial, legal, and administrative functions for U.S. record labels, publishing, and artist services divisions, operating in a hybrid work environment that values collaboration, curiosity, and commitment.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in participations accounting, advance your financial analysis and technical skills using MS Excel and SAP S4 Hana, gain exposure to entertainment industry contracts and financial modeling, and grow your ability to influence process improvements while working alongside senior executives and industry-leading music brands.
