- • As an Analyst II at Flashpoint Intel Inc., you will serve as a strategic threat intelligence partner, moving beyond data collection to deliver actionable insights that protect critical assets for commercial and government clients in an evolving threat landscape.
- • You will own the full intelligence life cycle—proactively monitoring illicit environments, identifying high-value signals in noisy data, and translating complex findings into weekly tactical and strategic assessments that inform risk decisions and safeguard client operations.
- • The Threat Intelligence team at Flashpoint operates at the forefront of cyber threat, vulnerability, geopolitical risk, and fraud intelligence, leveraging the proprietary Ignite platform and human expertise to deliver unmatched depth and speed of relevant threat data.
- • You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to proactively identify threats, reduce organizational risk, and strengthen operational resilience across industries facing sophisticated adversaries.
- • Day to day, you will produce concise written analysis, visual presentations, and high-quality assessments using Flashpoint tools and external sources to synthesize raw data, assess credibility, and deduce relevance to client needs.
- • You will leverage proprietary systems to support assigned tasks, nominate new collection sources, create keywords and patterns to highlight high-signal data, and safely navigate virtual environments while complying with Rules of Engagement and team policies.
- • You will quickly understand and deliver on company and customer intelligence requirements, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and client priorities.
- • Your work will directly contribute to Flashpoint’s mission of safeguarding critical assets, preventing financial loss, and protecting lives through timely, defensible intelligence.
- • Within 30 days, you will be fully onboarded, integrated into a team of professional analysts, assigned a mentor, and equipped with the access, resources, and training needed to begin delivering on responsibilities.
- • By 60 days, you will have completed onboarding, internalized team operations, developed a strong grasp of customer intelligence requirements, and initiated research to support client deliverables.
- • By 90 days, you will have conducted independent investigations, drafted and published findings within the Flashpoint intelligence platform, built cross-team relationships, and gained confidence in handling day-to-day deliverables autonomously or collaboratively.
- • You will continuously upskill in evolving threat analysis techniques, master nuances of deep and dark web research, and map malicious cyber campaigns to frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
- • Your strong communication and presentation skills will be essential in conveying complex findings to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in cyber threat intelligence, threat research, or threat hunting with active engagement in tracking emerging threats
- • Advanced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Deep & Dark Web (DDW) research experience
- • Proven ability to conduct in-depth analysis and formulate defensible key judgments for strategic and tactical intelligence reports
- • Familiarity with Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) and mitigation strategies to protect client networks
- • Proficiency using open source, internally built, or external industry-standard tools to find relevant data and assess risks
- • Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to break down technical topics and communicate risks clearly to varied audiences
