• • Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional deskside and remote support, addressing a wide range of hardware and software issues for all Galaxy employees.
• • You will be expected to provide a premium, white-glove support experience, particularly to our executive users, anticipating their needs and proactively enhancing their technical environment.
• • This role involves the end-to-end management of employee devices, including imaging, configuration, and deployment of macOS, Windows, and iOS laptops and mobile devices.
• • You will manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, from onboarding and offboarding processes to device provisioning, meticulous asset tracking, and efficient SaaS administration.
• • A key aspect of your role will be troubleshooting complex network connectivity issues, including VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi, and proxy-related challenges across our managed device fleet.
• • You will ensure the reliability and functionality of our conference room and audio-visual (AV) technology, guaranteeing that meeting spaces are always ready and executive calls proceed without any technical friction.
• • Collaboration is central to this role; you will partner closely with our Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to maintain smooth IT operations within a highly technical and fast-paced environment.
• • You will actively contribute to the global support team's efforts by refining shared processes, establishing best-practice standards, and driving overall efficiency improvements.
• • While not a core expectation, there is a significant opportunity to develop and implement lightweight tools or scripts to automate repetitive workflows, thereby reducing ticket volume and enhancing team productivity.
• • As part of a dynamic IT team, you will participate in an on-call rotation and be available to assist with off-hours projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
