- • As an Analyst, Paid Media at Travel + Leisure Co., you will be instrumental in driving the success of our digital marketing efforts across the EMEA region, playing a pivotal role in putting the world on vacation through strategic campaign execution and optimization.
- • This role is designed for a data-driven individual passionate about leveraging paid digital channels to achieve ambitious business objectives, including membership acquisition, booking generation, member retention, and enhancing overall brand awareness.
- • You will be responsible for the strategic implementation, ongoing optimization, and day-to-day management of paid digital media programs, encompassing a diverse range of channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and online video.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve building, launching, and meticulously managing campaigns across these various platforms, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with regional strategies and local market nuances.
- • You will actively contribute to identifying the optimal media channel mix, platforms, and partners through thorough research and analysis, ensuring our investments are strategically placed for maximum impact.
- • Collaboration is central to this position; you will partner closely with internal business teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative departments, to deploy and evolve programs that meet evolving regional strategy needs and objectives.
- • You will gain hands-on experience executing campaigns within Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and paid social platforms, involving daily monitoring, strategic bidding, implementing optimization techniques, analyzing campaign insights, managing pacing, and ensuring brand safety and ad fraud prevention to meet all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery, performance, and revenue goals.
- • Building and nurturing strong relationships with media partners and vendors will be crucial to ensure optimal campaign setup, secure competitive media pricing, identify exclusive placements, drive ongoing performance improvements, and guarantee adherence to contractual terms.
- • You will conduct routine campaign account audits to ensure executional excellence across all facets, including campaign creative, structure, strategy, audience targeting, keyword strategy, and the integrity of tracking and tagging infrastructure.
- • Working with internal teams, you will ensure that creative assets are optimized for placement best practices and meet specific site requirements.
- • You will leverage marketing automation tools to identify and implement efficiencies and improvements within our digital marketing programs, enhancing productivity and effectiveness.
- • A proactive approach to evaluating and adopting evolving trends, technologies, and procedures in the digital space will be essential to continuously improve paid media performance.
- • Staying informed about industry regulations and compliance guidelines is paramount, ensuring all media buying activities are conducted legally and ethically.
- • A significant portion of your role (30%) will focus on paid digital media analysis and measurement, where you will continuously monitor campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and success.
- • You will work closely with the analytics team and your manager to pinpoint key drivers of engagement and conversion, embedding these KPIs into campaign strategies and communicating them clearly to stakeholders.
- • Utilizing and analyzing reports and dashboards will be key to uncovering performance trends and developing actionable insights to enhance digital marketing programs.
- • Collaborative efforts with the analytics team will focus on media performance and optimization, establishing the most effective targeting and personalization strategies.
- • You will be responsible for presenting key insights and findings, effectively highlighting campaign results and providing data-backed recommendations for future campaign success.
- • The remaining 20% of your role will be dedicated to team collaboration and communication, fostering strong cross-functional relationships with peers in other business units to encourage shared learning and leverage best practices.
- • You will build a deep understanding of cross-channel strategies by collaborating with analytics, SEO, and creative teams, identifying opportunities for synergy and integrated campaigns.
- • Providing excellent internal client service, characterized by quality, responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail, will be a hallmark of your contribution.
- • While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel (less than 10%) may be required for training and support with media agencies, platform vendors, and regional business partners.
- • This role offers a high level of autonomy, with the expectation that you will serve as a subject matter expert in paid media planning, campaign execution, optimization, and reporting, directly influencing the effectiveness and timeliness of our digital paid media programs and established goals.
