- • As an Analyst, Payment Operations at Circle Internet Financial Limited, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of cross-border payment operations, directly supporting the company’s mission to build a more open, global economy through digital assets and blockchain infrastructure.
- • Day to day, you will monitor live cross-border payment transactions, track high-value flows and anomalies, validate pricing and reconciliation accuracy, support partner integrations, investigate transaction issues, and drive timely resolution of operational incidents while maintaining SLA adherence and improving monitoring systems.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in payment operations, data validation, and cross-border financial systems, gaining hands-on experience with transaction monitoring, reconciliation workflows, dashboard tools, and engineering collaboration — positioning you for growth in fintech, payments, or data analytics roles within a rapidly scaling global organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 years of experience in fintech, banking, payments operations, or a similar analytical role
- • Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and validate transaction-level data
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies independently
- • Experience working with dashboards and tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Google Sheets
- • High ownership and accountability, with a track record of driving issues through to resolution
- • Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize issues and escalations
