- • Build and execute an Analyst Relations program from the ground up to establish Ambience as the category leader in ambient AI documentation for health systems.
- • Develop AR strategy, optimize KLAS presence, and expand relationships with key analyst firms including Gartner, Forrester, Black Book, and Elion.
- • Serve as the internal hub for analyst-related communications, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and BizOps without direct authority.
- • Translate market intelligence into actionable positioning tools and competitive intelligence for go-to-market teams.
- • Join a mission-driven, high-trust culture at Ambience Healthcare, where AI technology restores humanity to healthcare and reduces clinician burnout.
- • Work remotely with a San Francisco HQ, operating with extreme ownership and accountability in a fast-growth, venture-backed environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of analyst relations experience in enterprise technology or healthcare IT.
- • Proven relationships with healthcare-focused analyst firms (KLAS, Black Book, Gartner/Forrester healthcare practices) with ability to activate network from day one.
- • Demonstrated success building or transforming an AR program, including strategy development and cross-functional execution.
- • Senior executive presence and communication skills — comfortable representing Ambience to C-suite and industry audiences.
- • Experience working with fast-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare technology vendors.
- • Skilled at aligning stakeholders without direct authority in complex, fast-moving environments.
