📋 Description

• • As a Financial Analyst on the Strategic Finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health of DailyPay’s critical Core Services functions, with a focus on Balance Sheet and Cash Flow dynamics, driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the company’s strategic goals.
• • You will support the preparation and in-depth analysis of the Balance Sheet, manage forecasts for Cash & Liquidity, analyze financial drivers for Engineering initiatives like Cap Soft and Capacity Planning, provide decision support for major technology investments, support budgeting and forecasting for core services, model Interest income/expense, and perform variance analysis to identify trends and inform cross-functional decision-making.
