  • • As an Analyst, Transaction Monitoring, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review, analyze, and disposition a high volume of transaction monitoring alerts, applying independent and professional judgment to each case.
  • • This involves conducting in-depth transaction and customer reviews to detect potential instances of money laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activities.
  • • You will delve into the intricacies of fund flows, analyze counterparties, and scrutinize transaction behaviors to identify suspicious patterns.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to clearly and concisely document all investigative findings and the rationale behind your decisions within our case management system, ensuring a robust audit trail.
  • • For higher-risk or particularly complex cases, you will be responsible for escalating these to senior team members or relevant departments, providing comprehensive summaries and well-supported analyses.
  • • The role also encompasses performing holistic reviews for post-transaction monitoring alerts when specific circumstances necessitate a broader investigation.
  • • You will actively support internal escalations and respond to external requests, such as Requests for Information (RFIs), demonstrating your ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
  • • Maintaining strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and upholding rigorous quality standards will be paramount, especially in our high-volume operational environment.
  • • Beyond reactive investigation, you will proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, control enhancements, and overall advancements in investigation quality, contributing to the continuous evolution of our financial crime prevention strategies.
