We are seeking a talented Analytics Engineer, open to both mid and senior levels, to significantly enhance our data platform and empower data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.
- • As an Analytics Engineer at Voicemod, you will play a pivotal role in the entire data product lifecycle. This includes collaborating closely with our talented engineers, product teams, and analysts to conceptualize, design, and implement precise and insightful data products. You will be instrumental in defining tracking plans, developing robust data models, building efficient ELT pipelines, and creating self-serve data products that democratize access to information.
- • A key and exciting aspect of this role involves designing and maintaining an innovative AI-enabled semantic layer. This advanced layer will empower business users to interact with our data using natural language, leveraging cutting-edge agentic AI tools. You will be at the forefront of exploring and integrating AI creatively throughout the data lifecycle, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, unlock new insights, and streamline data access for all Voicemod employees.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to being a dedicated data steward, ensuring the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and consistency in all metrics. This involves establishing and enforcing best practices for data governance, monitoring data pipelines, and proactively addressing any data-related issues to maintain trust and reliability in our data assets.
- • You will contribute to the evolution of our data infrastructure, working with modern tools and technologies to build scalable and maintainable data solutions. This includes optimizing data pipelines for performance, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the analytical needs of various departments, from product development to marketing and operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics with advanced SQL skills.
- • Solid knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices.
- • Proven experience with dbt (data build tool) and Python for data transformation and pipeline development.
- • Experience with event tracking tools such as Amplitude, Segment, mParticle, or similar platforms.
- • Familiarity with AI agents for data access, including building or configuring natural-language interfaces for non-technical users (e.g., LangChain, custom LLM agents).
- • Experience with semantic layer tools like dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, or similar.
