- • As a Marketing Operations Manager at Canals, Inc., you will be instrumental in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our entire marketing engine. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy, ensuring our marketing efforts are precisely targeted, meticulously tracked, and continuously optimized.
- • You will own the overarching marketing data strategy, meticulously crafting and managing the technology stack that empowers our team to execute targeted, personalized campaigns and generate robust performance reports. This involves a delicate balance between capturing essential data and maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring our systems are both powerful and streamlined.
- • A core responsibility will be the meticulous gathering, cleaning, enrichment, and integration of data from a diverse array of sources. This includes databases, spreadsheets, advanced analytics tools, and various advertising platforms. All data will be consolidated into HubSpot, with an unwavering commitment to accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- • You will be the architect of data flow, establishing and managing the seamless transfer of information between HubSpot and other critical MarTech and SalesTech tools. This includes integrations with sales automation platforms, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools, and other essential systems, ensuring that data is not only accurate but also available in a timely manner for immediate action and strategic decision-making.
- • Your role will involve proactive research and diligent vetting of new data sources and marketing technologies. You will identify and implement tools that can support innovative programmatic campaign ideas, enhance operational efficiency, and provide a competitive edge.
- • You will be tasked with identifying key market trends and performance drivers, providing critical support for the measurement of marketing campaigns and experiments. Your insights will be crucial in developing actionable recommendations to enhance campaign results and maximize ROI.
- • This position will provide vital analytical support for broader go-to-market strategic projects. This includes contributing to TAM (Total Addressable Market) identification and segmentation, assisting in the creation of sales territories, and developing sophisticated pipeline modeling to forecast growth and resource allocation.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be the diligent maintenance of CRM data hygiene. You will establish and enforce best practices, implement workflow automations to streamline processes, and develop comprehensive reporting dashboards tailored for both the marketing and sales teams, providing clear visibility into performance and opportunities.
