- • As an Analytics Engineer at Sardine Inc., you will lead the development of the company’s internal data platform, integrating GTM, product analytics, and business data sources into a scalable system that drives insights and decision-making across the organization.
- • You will build, refine, and own the data infrastructure by connecting CRM, marketing, product, finance, and operational systems into a cohesive data warehouse, while designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data flows.
- • You will partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to uphold data protection, access controls, and compliance standards, and collaborate with Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to define KPIs and translate complex requirements into data solutions.
- • You will champion data quality and governance, develop dashboards for executive leadership and key teams, and proactively identify opportunities to automate, optimize, and improve data visibility across the organization.

- • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to enterprise B2B SaaS data systems, strengthen your expertise in modern data stacks (BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow), and grow your impact as a trusted data partner enabling faster, data-informed decisions across finance, product, GTM, and leadership teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence, ideally supporting GTM or business functions
- • Proven ability to manage data integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, BigQuery/Snowflake, Amplitude, Sigma, Clay, etc.
- • Exceptional SQL skills and experience building with a modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, etc.)
- • Expertise in building, maintaining, and refining scalable data visualization solutions (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to partner effectively with executives and non-technical teams
- • Experience with Python for automation and API integrations
