As our global operations continue to scale, so does our strategic investment in data excellence. We are actively constructing the next generation of advanced analytics capabilities, designed to empower smarter decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate scalable global growth. To achieve this ambitious vision, we are seeking a talented and driven Analytics Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping this future.
- • Joining Daniels Health means contributing to a mission that transcends typical corporate objectives. You will become an integral part of a dynamic, data-centric team within a company that is rapidly accelerating its global maturity. We are actively modernizing our technology stack and making substantial investments in cutting-edge analytics, business intelligence (BI), artificial intelligence (AI), and automation technologies. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence architectural decisions, establish best-practice standards, and contribute to the foundational development of a world-class data ecosystem.

These datasets will serve as the bedrock for critical reporting, insightful dashboards, and comprehensive enterprise-wide analytics initiatives that span our global operations. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation to modeling and delivery, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility for various stakeholders.
- • You will collaborate closely with data scientists, business analysts, and other engineering teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into robust, scalable data models and pipelines. - • A key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining our data infrastructure, leveraging modern cloud-based data warehousing solutions and data modeling techniques. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing data governance policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and promoting a culture of data integrity across the organization.
- • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in democratizing data access, enabling business users to leverage data for self-service analytics and informed decision-making. This includes developing clear documentation, providing training, and supporting the adoption of data tools and platforms.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and SQL. Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools, version control systems, and cloud data platforms is highly desirable. You will have the opportunity to work with a modern tech stack and contribute to its evolution, making a tangible impact on the company's strategic objectives and operational success.
- • This position offers a challenging yet rewarding environment where you can apply your technical expertise to solve complex problems and drive significant business value. You will be empowered to innovate, experiment with new technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data capabilities. Your contributions will be essential in enabling Daniels Health to achieve its ambitious growth targets and its mission of creating a more sustainable future for healthcare.
