- • Serve as a Presales Solutions Consultant for FICO’s B2B Scores Auto Industry Practice, bridging complex analytics with real-world business outcomes for auto lenders.
- • Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to understand client business objectives, use cases, and decision criteria specific to auto finance.
- • Design and articulate tailored FICO Score solution configurations aligned with client needs, regulatory requirements, and operational constraints.
- • Lead technical discovery sessions, solution walkthroughs, and value-based discussions with executive and technical client stakeholders.
- • Translate analytics, model performance, and score usage into clear business narratives and ROI frameworks for non-technical audiences.
- • Support presales activities across new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewal opportunities, including solution positioning and packaging.
- • Provide technical input on solution complexity, usage assumptions, and commercial enablement for RFx responses, proposals, and deal review materials.
- • Review and validate client-facing materials—including presentations, ROI models, and solution summaries—for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with FICO’s offerings.
- • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure seamless handoff from presales to post-sale execution, including sharing solution context, assumptions, and success criteria.
- • Remain engaged during early implementation or go-live phases to address solution-specific questions or escalations.
- • Maintain deep expertise in FICO Score products, credit scoring methodologies, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape within auto lending.
- • Communicate new product features, enhancements, and roadmap updates to clients and internal teams in pre-sales contexts.
- • Capture and synthesize client feedback and presales insights to inform product development, sales strategy, and enablement initiatives.
- • Travel up to 25% to meet client needs and attend industry events.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to auto finance clients, demonstrating how FICO’s analytics drive smarter lending decisions and improved business performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- • Deep subject matter expertise in credit risk and analytics in auto finance.
- • Strong experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, and analytics.
- • Knowledge of FICO products and credit scoring methodologies preferred.
- • Ability to travel up to 25% based on client needs and industry events.
- • Understanding of auto loan securitization and asset-backed securities markets is helpful.
