  • • Own the revenue destiny of JioStar’s flagship channels by architecting and executing a data-driven pricing & inventory strategy that turns finite ad inventory into maximum yield. You will sit at the epicenter of Sales, Content, Finance, Marketing and Operations, translating market intelligence into revenue wins.
  • • Translate annual budget goals into month-by-month revenue road-maps. Continuously re-forecast demand, yield and sell-through rates using BARC, YUMI, BI dashboards and macro-economic indicators to ensure the sales force always has a clear, profitable path to target.
  • • Deep-dive into advertiser briefs, category shifts and competitive channel moves to craft bespoke monetisation solutions—bundled FCT, non-FCT integrations, sponsorships, branded content—that command premium pricing and lock in share-of-wallet.
  • • Build and maintain a living “client heat-map” that tracks brand-wise spends across our channels vs. competition. Surface early warning signals and upsell triggers to Sales pods so they walk into every meeting armed with insight, not instinct.
  • • Partner with Content to identify hero properties, tent-pole events and micro-genres that can be packaged into high-margin offerings. Influence scheduling decisions to create scarcity value and drive rate elasticity.
  • • Lead the annual and mega-deal negotiation cycle: design P&L-backed proposals, model rate-card scenarios, stress-test volume discounts and ensure every line item ladders up to channel profitability goals.
  • • Own the revenue cockpit—design self-serve dashboards that give Sales real-time visibility on inventory, pacing, pricing corridors and pipeline health. Automate exception alerts so no revenue leak goes unnoticed.
  • • Champion a culture of experimentation: pilot dynamic pricing algorithms, test new sponsorship formats and roll out A/B tests on promo packages. Measure lift, codify learnings and scale what works.
  • • Work hand-in-hand with Finance on monthly close cycles, accruals and re-forecasts. Translate commercial performance into board-ready narratives that clearly articulate drivers, risks and mitigation plans.
  • • Mentor junior analysts on story-telling with data, advanced Excel modelling and stakeholder influence. Elevate the analytical horsepower of the entire Revenue Strategy pod.
  • • Represent JioStar in industry forums, sharing forward-looking insights on media inflation, audience fragmentation and emerging ad-tech—positioning the company as a thought leader and preferred partner.
